At Home Care focuses on each client's complete and personal care needs including environmental safety and social support system. At Home Care is committed to the provision of personal care services that assist the client to maximize his or her wellbeing. We are committed to client participation in personal care choices and decisions, respecting each individual's rights and needs for self-determination. We are dedicated to the provision of personal home care education for our clients, family members, staff members and the community.
MISSION STATEMENT
AT HOME CARE is committed to providing a level of quality care that encourages the safe and cost-effective delivery of in-home non-medical services, maximizing client autonomy. We make use of the coordination of the families , the community and agency resources for the maximum well-being of our clients. At Home Care provides services to clients without regard for age, race, religion, sex, national origin or disability. AHC provides accountability for the services rendered by monitoring and evaluating service performance outcomes and a continuous quality improvement program.
